WHAT TO EXPECT
Expert instruction from experienced coaches who provide guidance and support during each session and beyond.
Our 45 minute SGPT sessions are programmed to bring you through all your conventional lifts (squat, press, deadlift etc) as well as providing a 10-15 minute conditioning workout at the end of each session.
With all SGPT memberships you will have access to 3 SWEAT sessions each week. These sessions are conditioning based where you will use rowing machines, ski ergs and bikes.
