WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Expert instruction from experienced coaches who provide guidance and support during each session and beyond.

  • Our 45 minute SGPT sessions are programmed to bring you through all your conventional lifts (squat, press, deadlift etc) as well as providing a 10-15 minute conditioning workout at the end of each session.

  • With all SGPT memberships you will have access to 3 SWEAT sessions each week. These sessions are conditioning based where you will use rowing machines, ski ergs and bikes.
